Always confirm with the restaurant

If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or other dietary requirement, always confirm directly with the restaurant — in person or by phone — before ordering. Ingredients, recipes, and kitchen practices can change, and cross-contamination is possible even where a dish isn’t listed as containing a particular allergen.
